The latter is a nine-day tour which kicks off in Tamanrasset, capital of the Hoggar region. It ends in Tassili N’Ajjer in the deep east south of Algeria. This vast plateau in south-east Algeria borders Libya, Niger and Mali, covering an area of 72,000 sq. km.
